We are Helping Utilities to Connect the Dots for Success

Innovari was established by utility industry insiders, to enable utilities to carry out their service mission to society. The company believes there is an important, transformative value in bringing electric power to all mankind. Electricity is no longer a luxury item or something to aspire to; it is a fundamental human need. As such, Innovari believes that the responsibility of operating and evolving complex electric grids must reside with utilities, and so has designed its products and services to fit their business models and budgeting cycles.

As more distributed energy resources such as solar panels and wind turbines are being added to the grid throughout the world, traditional utility business models are being challenged. In today’s evolving and complex grid ecosystem, however, we believe utilities remain in the best position to safely and reliably “connect the dots” among various grid components, so as to generate the most efficient and effective results. Purpose-specific technology solutions, or those designed for other industries, fall short when applied across the intricate ecosystem of the power generation and distribution network. Silicon Valley technology companies, overseas solar panel manufacturers and young, clean-energy startups have all brought unique perspective and ideas to the challenges facing utilities, but only the utilities themselves can integrate, manage and optimize the grid safely, reliably and efficiently to meet the changing needs of society.

Innovari has been diligently working with some of the leading minds in the industry to build solutions which address the impact of distributed energy resources, and improve utility/customer/community relationships. These solutions enable our utility partners to both connect the dots for their unique customers and also enhance the performance of the grid for the benefit of all.
